Thank you for choosing Cali Kebab for your meal delivery. We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality food, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns and refund policy below:
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our chilled meals, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once delivered, meals cannot be restocked or resold for safety reasons.
- Refund Policy:
- We offer refunds only if there was an error on our part, such as a missed item or incorrect order.
- If your meal arrives damaged or spoiled, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the item and your order details, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
- Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to delivery are not eligible for refunds, as preparations for your order will have already begun.
- Delivery Issues:
- In case of delayed or missed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us immediately. We will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
